Summary

I've been building software since 2018, and my focus is automation: removing manual work and getting systems to talk to each other. Since 2026 I've been building and running Python tools for Ciena's NOC, on ScienceLogic SL1 and Ciena 6500, SAOS and Waveserver equipment.

Before that, I built 8 FastAPI services and integrations with Argentina's tax authority and insurance regulator at an insurer. I started in technical support and networking, so I can take a project from start to finish: work out what's needed, build it and get it running.

Ciena

NOC Automation Developer

  • Built from scratch and maintain Python tools to operate fleets of Ciena optical and Ethernet devices in parallel (TL1, SSH, SNMPv3), with automated tests.
  • Automated customer device onboarding into ScienceLogic SL1: rebuilt and extended the team's scripts into a Python CLI with resumable batches, used in real onboardings.
  • Built a Python command for bulk availability changes in SL1, with a pre-change plan, canary run and revert commands.
  • Configured SNMPv3 and accounts on customer optical networks during change windows and validated the alarm path into SL1.
  • Built and maintain the NOC's English-language knowledge base.

  • Built policy delivery automation: SQL Server reads, missing-PDF checks, Google Cloud Storage sync and email, with async workers, dry-run and a manual review queue.
  • Built 8 FastAPI services with Docker, adding Redis and JWT auth where needed: identity with LDAP, multi-provider email, storage, helpdesk and cancellations.
  • Built the Django app that records investment operations and submits them to the SSN regulator's API, with Excel export and deadline alerts.
  • Integrated the SOAP web services of AFIP/ARCA, Argentina's tax authority (WSAA, taxpayer registry), into a Python package with a YAML catalog and a REST API.
  • Led the rollout and production release of NobleOnline, the digital platform for insurance brokers.

  • Built saldAR, a multi-currency shared-expenses app with FastAPI, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis and CI (not deployed yet).
  • Delivered client sites with WordPress + Elementor and with React on Cloudflare Workers.
  • Built a Python engine that generates branded PDFs from schema-validated JSON contracts, with a web form, Docker and 462 tests (no external clients yet).
